Bloomington Brands and The Scotts Miracle-Gro Partnership

Bloomington Brands manages the Osmocote® Plant Food brand, a $12 million business in the lawn and garden category, under contract with Scotts Miracle-Gro. Scotts supports the brand with core activities such as sales, logistics, research and development, and finance. Kelley students provide brand management services such as advertising (print and digital), social media, website content, trade and consumer promotional activities, consumer research, and product decisions with regard to sizing, pricing, formulation, packaging, and trade dress.

Bloomington Brands associates are chosen through a competitive selection process. Students are selected to work on the brand for one academic year.
