Meet Cindy Hosea, Director of Alumni Career Services
"I coach people to live on purpose, find career fulfillment, and balance personal well-being."
Since 2012, I have coached thousands of professionals at all stages of their careers—from freshly minted business school graduates to senior executives. Although they are in a wide range of functions within many industries, they share a common aspiration for authenticity, growth, and impact. Together, we work toward designing their unique career vision as well as the actions and mindsets needed to make it real.
My coaching approach is compassionate, with a fierce commitment to helping people achieve their full potential. Through appreciative inquiry and other coaching methods, I work with clients to identify their strengths and values, overcome self-doubt, and move forward with confidence. I also work with teams and team leaders to help them create value in complex corporate environments.
On a personal note, I am a dog-lover, a tea-drinker, and a gardener.
