Access the power of positive psychology with strategies for work and life

Faculty presenter Nichole Alspaugh Williams

Forward-thinking companies are utilizing positive psychology and wellness practices to improve employee morale, productivity, retention, and more. With the pandemic and subsequent isolation for many of us, stress and anxiety are at an all-time high and happiness is at an all-time low. In this series, simple stress reduction techniques and happiness habits (or tasks) will be given each week to help you increase your happiness and reduce stress. These habits can transform how you feel personally; allowing those feelings to spread to others in your home, company, and community.

In this six-part video series with faculty presenter and Kelley alumna, Nichole Alspaugh Williams, Ed.S, LMHC, NCC, you’ll learn tools and habits you can immediately apply to your work and life.
