- Out@Kelley is dedicated to empowering Kelley MBA LGBTQ+ students and allies to become equity-oriented leaders in the business world.
- ROMBA: Reaching Out MBA's mission is to “increase the influence of the LGBT+ community in business by educating, inspiring, and connecting MBA students and alumni.” Kelley students participate in the annual ROMBA conference and other events.
“It was a huge decision to pack up and move from San Francisco to Bloomington for the Kelley MBA program. In retrospect, this was absolutely the right decision. I found and contributed to a tight knit community that values diverse perspectives and weaves opportunities to discuss diversity equity and inclusion throughout the coursework. In many ways, this has made the experience feel much more impactful—I was able to teach and learn things that never would have been possible with like-minded friends and colleagues back home.”
