The Kelley Applause Tradition Statue, a bronze commemorative statue of two hands applauding, located on the first floor Atrium of the Godfrey Center at IU. — At the end of every class at Kelley, students applaud, expressing their appreciation for the learning that took place. The Kelley Applause Tradition Statue commemorates this time-honored tradition established by beloved professor Walt Blacconiere, and is a symbol of the collegial environment you’ll find at Kelley.
