International student orientation
As an international student, you’ll start your MBA journey with an international student orientation provided by the MBA Program Office and GCS, focused on the unique opportunities and challenges of relocating to the US.
Submit information to OIS
For the Office of International Services (OIS) to issue the necessary documents to you, you must complete your iStart checklist and submit the documents requested by OIS. You can access iStart at https://istart.iu.edu. Keep an eye on your email and respond to any questions or messages from OIS promptly.
Please ensure that you submit on time the transcripts, diplomas, and other requested information from universities you’ve attended. OIS will place a hold on your student account if you don’t provide this information on time, and the hold will preclude you from registering for spring classes. Avoid this by following up quickly on their office’s requests for documentation.
Intensive English Program
The Intensive English Program (IEP) at Indiana University Bloomington offers a comprehensive set of courses aimed mainly at preparing international students to study in English at the university level.
