The KWC is built on three pillars: Outreach, Inspire, Empower.
Outreach: Our outreach initiative aims to support and connect with the women in our community, particularly those who have not yet engaged with KWC. We achieve this through the KWC newsletter, our key communication tool.
Inspire: Our efforts are dedicated to inspiring both current and future Kelley women by collaborating with Kelley Women’s Leadership Institute and high school students, and by engaging with inspiring speakers.
Empower: We empower current Kelley women to get involved, build their community, and support each other through various initiatives and events.
