As an admitted Kelley student, you may be eligible for scholarships listed in the Business Undergraduate Scholarship List. For optimum consideration, apply online between January 1 and April 1. The application does, however, remain available until September 28. Be certain to reapply each spring.

Most undergraduate business scholarships are competitive, and the majority are awarded to juniors and seniors. We encourage all Kelley students to apply annually because the selection criteria vary widely—any student could be the best match for the specific criteria of a particular scholarship.

Please note that some scholarships are managed by academic department chairs or by a research center. These sometimes require their own application or rely on faculty nominations. Such awards typically require a history of academic excellence in the department's major courses, are for juniors or seniors, and emphasize merit over need.

Important information about the scholarship application:

• After completing the online application, you will see a confirmation message and a copy of the submitted application in the browser window. Print and keep this copy.
• You will receive email confirmation of your application submission. This will be the only communication from the scholarship committee unless and until you receive an award. Please do not contact the scholarship committee to ask if the application was received.
• If you are selected to receive a scholarship, you will be notified via IU email. The award will be applied to your bursar account. If the account is paid in full, a refund will be issued. The scholarship committee does not notify students who have not received scholarships.
• Scholarship recipients who enroll in Y496 or Y498 (non-IU overseas study) should contact the Kelley School’s Associate Director of Scholarships to confirm if their award will apply.

The scholarship award process continues throughout the academic year as funds become available from various donors.
