Commercial Real Estate Workshop

The Commercial Real Estate Workshop is a three credit hour program focused on preparing students to research, model and present commercial real estate deals to investment committees. Students will learn to combine their cross-functional skills and apply them to the real estate industry in a collaborative, case-based environment. Networking opportunities include numerous personal interactions with industry leaders, career fairs, case competitions, and trips to Chicago.

Workshop application and admission

Students can apply during the spring of their Sophomore or Junior year.

Enrollment in the course is subject to an application and interview process. A cumulative GPA of 3.5+ is preferred and may be required depending upon the strength of the applicant pool. Prospective applicants are highly encouraged to be active Real Estate Club members.

Applications open mid-February through early March.

Successful applicants will be invited to interview soon after the application closes and final decisions will be made in early April. Applicants are highly encouraged to network with current and past workshop members leading up to the application due date.
