Gene B. Glick Company Endowed Scholarship
Award Description:
The Gene B. Glick Company Scholarships is awarded each year to two undergraduate students in the Kelley School of Business. Qualified students from both the Bloomington and the Indianapolis campuses may apply. The scholarships were established by alumnus Eugene B. Glick and his wife Marilyn on the occasion of their 50th wedding anniversary and the 50th anniversary of Mr. Glick’s real estate company. Selection is based on GPA, financial need, major, class standing, professional goals, work ethic, volunteerism, and extra curricular activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Full-time undergraduate business major at IU Bloomington or IU Indianapolis
- Formally pursuing a declared major in Real Estate, Finance, Management, or Entrepreneurship
- Sufficient financial need to receive the scholarship (applicants must file the FAFSA applicable to the award year by December to ensure consideration for the Glick Scholarship)
- Leadership, service and community involvement will be considered
Application Process:
Qualified and interested undergraduate business majors at IU Bloomington or IU Indianapolis must submit the Gene B. Glick Scholarship Application (available December 1st), along with a resume, to the Kelley Undergraduate Program Bloomington. No late applications may be accepted. Application deadline is 5:00 p.m. on January 31st. Applicants must also file the FAFSA and demonstrate financial need. Each applicant's financial need will be verified. Final selection decisions are announced in the spring.
