Kelley HHSP Partner Award
Award Description:
The Kelley HHSP Partner Award supports qualified undergraduate business majors who are also fully funded members of the IU Hudson and Holland Scholars Program (HHSP). Qualified direct admit students are automatically considered for funding prior to their freshman year. Students awarded HHSP funding after August 1 are ineligible for the Kelley HHSP Partner Award. If the Partner Award is given, the student will be automatically considered for renewal for up to four consecutive full-time academic years (up to eight consecutive full-time semesters) of enrollment on the Bloomington campus. Specific requirements must be met for renewal.
Awards are made by academic cohort. The Kelley HHSP 2023 Partner Award, for example, supports qualified business majors who were part of the fall 2023 direct admit class. Qualified recipients in each subsequent cohort will be offered an award that includes their cohort year in the award name.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Direct Admit undergraduate business major at the Kelley School of Business Bloomington. Awards are offered to eligible students during the spring/summer prior to their first full-time year at IU.
- Full-time enrollment is required (12 or more credit hours per funded semester – fall and spring only). This applies to the student's final semester at IU. No funding is provided for summer enrollment.
- Must be making sufficient progress toward undergraduate degree completion
- Fully funded participant in the IU Hudson and Holland Scholars Program (HHSP). Kelley's funding deadline of August 1 must be met.
- Recipients must possess a cumulative program GPA of 3.0 or better at the time of our annual renewal review. Lost eligibility is permanent.
- Potential eligibility is limited to four consecutive academic years (up to eight consecutive semesters, fall and spring)
- Funding is not offered for graduate level enrollment (e.g., participants in the Kelley MBA in Accounting "3/2" Program)
- If a student experiences a financial aid overaward, then it may be necessary to adjust the amount of their Kelley HHSP Partner Scholarship.
Please note that the HHSP Scholarship and the Kelley HHSP Partner Scholarship are separate awards that are administered by different IU offices. Eligibility criteria, policies, and renewal practices may differ.
