RM Kern Scholarship

Award Description:

The RM Kern Scholarship was established in 2017 to support qualified undergraduate accounting majors enrolled at IU Bloomington who are participating in study abroad. Special consideration is given to underrepresented students. Preference to females.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Undergraduate business major at the Kelley School of Business Bloomington
• Actively pursuing a declared major in accounting
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Participating in an IU-approved, credit-bearing overseas study program as part of an educational experience for a semester, academic year, or summer study
• Special consideration given go underrepresented populations including but not limited to financially challenged students, and/or students with diverse cultural experiences
• Preference for a female
• Non-renewable

Application Process:

Students should complete the standard Undergraduate Program online scholarship application, available on this website each spring and indicate an interest in the RM Kern Scholarship.
