Claude J. Black Scholarship

Award Description:

The Claude J. Black Scholarship is awarded annually to a Kelley School of Business student of distinguished academic achievement who is interested in or is majoring in operations management and/or purchasing. The scholarship was established in 1988 in memory of the late Claude J. Black, who was Purchasing Agent for Indiana University from 1938 until his retirement in 1962. He was named Purchasing Agent of the Year by Business and Industry Magazine in 1960.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Undergraduate business major enrolled at IU Bloomington
• Operations management major
