The Association for Financial Professionals (AFP)

A professional association devoted to corporate finance and treasury. For more information, please visit AFP | The Association for Financial Professionals

There is keen interest among our corporate finance alums and with the major professional association in the corporate finance area (AFP) in helping Kelley develop this workshop in corporate finance and FP&A. In discussions with corporate practitioners there is an increasing demand for students that have both the financial and business analytics skills that this workshop would offer.

This workshop was created to support Kelley students interested in careers in the Corporate Finance and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) areas. The workshop will also prepare students to take, and successfully pass, the Financial Planning and Analysis Certification (FPAC) offered by the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP), the sponsor for the workshop.

In addition to sponsoring the workshop, AFP will be providing the following benefits to workshop students:

  • Links to corporate recruiters and access to AFP job postings and Career Site
  • Access to AFP’s FPAC exam preparation materials
  • Special Student pricing for FPAC exam
  • Student passes to attend annual AFP Conference
