Wealth Management Workshop

The WMW is a CFP® Board Registered Program and two-year wealth management program. Our students satisfy their CFP® education by taking required financial planning courses, which makes them eligible to sit for the CFP exam. The WMW helps prepare students for careers at Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firms, banks and wirehouses. 60% of our alums joined RIA firms. 40% joined banks and wirehouses.

WMW students also have an opportunity to earn a Specialization in Wealth Management. This is accomplished by taking all required courses, earning specific comprehensive financial planning certifications and by making tangible contributions to the WMW.

If you’re curious about or interested in a career in wealth management, we invite you to meet and speak with us.

Professionals in this field analyze the financial health of clients, solve financial problems, and establish strategies for meeting goals. They serve as advisors, counselors, and consultants. Employment opportunities in this area are growing twice that of the national average of other opportunities.
