Description of the video:
For many years, I mulled over getting an MBA. I’m at the point in my career, I have a family, I have a mortgage, I have a car payment. I wanted to go to a legitimate business school that truly believed that there are professionals in the world who would benefit from a remote program.
Kelley Direct ticked those boxes.
My name’s Anthony Latta. I work at Chemonics International. I am responsible for all aspects of finance, accounting, human resources, office operations, facilities, you name it, in the global health and supply chain space. I went through a series of executive coaching with a certified executive coach. Working with a career coach, gave me more confidence in my communications skills, gave me more confidence in how to package what I have learned and my experiences to sell myself as an executive who was capable of leading and driving change in an organization.
I firmly believe that one of the reasons I received my promotion was because of those technical skills from classes, the executive coaching from Graduate Career Services. The biggest change that I’ve noticed about myself since starting Kelley Direct is I have a greater sense of self-confidence as a business leader. And frankly being able to apply those technical skills and that career coaching to real-life situations to where that I see, “Oh, I am actually growing as a business leader.” It’s not just something they say about Kelley Direct MBA Program, it’s real.
