Narrator: The Kelley Direct Online MBA is consistently ranked as a top online MBA program, one of the best in the world. So what is it that sets Kelley apart from the crowd? It starts with an innovative curriculum that builds momentum for your career. Here's how it works.

Make lasting connections. This is an online program that doesn't feel like one. You'll build lifelong connections at Kelley On Campus, make lasting relationships through the Student Leadership Association, and become part of a vast Kelley alumni network. These connections are powerful and will propel you throughout your career.

You'll also work one-on-one with a dedicated career coach. You'll gain insights into how you work and what motivates you, learn how to position yourself in the market based on your unique qualities and experiences, and figure out how to address obstacles.

Build your expertise. The 12-week Integrated Core builds holistic business expertise through three six-credit core blocks in your first and second years. Your professors, experts at delivering online instruction, work together to balance the workload, so you'll only have real-time sessions for two courses each week.

In Core 1: Foundations, you'll dive into economics, business law foundations, and organizational behavior.

In Core 2: Functions, you'll learn to deliver value through functional excellence in operations management, marketing management, and financial management.

And in Core 3: Future, you'll understand how to create and sustain a competitive advantage with courses involving digital technology innovation, developing strategic capabilities, and Kelley On Location, an in-person capstone experience. During Kelley On Location, you and your team will solve real business challenges, or dig into unique business trends, at a location chosen by your faculty.

Gain deep specialization. The Kelley Direct Online MBA provides the ultimate in customization. 50% of the program is self-designed, enabling you to take the courses that best align with your goals. You'll choose from seven majors to focus your expertise. Or you can choose to earn a second master's degree to complement your MBA.

Broaden your horizons. Experiences redefine your perspective and get you noticed by employers. Consult with a small business in another country, work with Fortune 500 executives in a major US market, or take a professional development course to make a lasting impact.

Previous trip locations have included New York; Silicon Valley; Athens, Greece; New Delhi, India; Dublin, Ireland; Johannesburg, South Africa; and Hanoi, Vietnam. The number-one-ranked Kelley Direct Online MBA is a one-of-a-kind MBA experience.
