When members of your team earn a Kelley degree, they also add value to your company. Whether it’s through our graduate certificate, specialized master’s degree, or corporate MBA courses, we can customize timelines and curricula to meet your needs.

Our stackable model empowers your team to build key skills that support their professional growth and your business goals. It enables athletes and members of professional and athletic associations to work toward valuable, career-boosting credentials.

Students choose the option that matches their interests and qualifications.
Advanced degrees build directly on the ones before them, enabling successful students to seamlessly continue their journey—adding value to your organization in the process.

Students can take up to two years to complete the certificate program, applying what they learn as they go. The four graduate-level business courses, all 100% online, teach students how to improve business operations and can be applied toward a future MSSM and/or Partner MBA.

MSSM students position themselves for management and decision-making roles. Once the master’s degree is complete, typically in two to four years (depending on the partner’s retention goals), they can apply credits toward the Partner MBA.

Partner MBA students typically have four to six years to complete their program (depending on the partner’s retention goals), with options to transfer credits from the graduate certificate or master’s degree, depending on their path. Regardless, the student and your organization benefit from advanced business and leadership skills.
