Held during IU Family Weekend, Kelley Induction is a tradition that welcomes newly admitted students to the Kelley School. Many students (and their parents) recall the Kelley Induction Ceremony as a hallmark of the undergraduate experience.

Hosted by Interim Dean Ashok “Ash” Soni, the Induction Ceremony provides a forum for students and their families to hear from leaders of the faculty, alumni association, and student government. In a defining moment of the ceremony, students are formally inducted by reciting the Kelley Creed and joining the ranks of current students and the more than 123,000 living alumni who have shared this transformational experience.
