Watch students participate in a variety of activities. From giving business presentations to meeting other students from around the country, MEET Kelley is a great experience for any business-interested student.

A team hears feedback after presenting their business plan.High school students from around the country gain valuable business experience at MEET Kelley.Students experience life on Indiana University's beautiful campus, including an insider's tour of Memorial Stadium. Through icebreaking exercises, students from around the country quickly get to know each other. Sponsored by EY, team building activities teach students how to get tasks accomplished as a group. Students take time for a commemorative photo before beginning their first day of class. 2014 Week 1 participantsWith team building, you'll learn about yourself and each other and how to apply collaboration skills to a business setting. Students work together to prepare a business plan. MEET Kelley

Meet Educate Experience Transition to Kelley
formerly Junior Executive Institute

MEET Kelley is a free opportunity for high-ability students to get introduced to the Kelley School of Business, learn the opportunities available, experience a professional business case competition, and ultimately consider transitioning to Kelley after high school.

Summer 2015 Session Dates
Women’s Session: June 14-19
Men’s Session: June 21-26

Application Criteria

MEET Kelley is for high school students from historically underrepresented groups, namely students who identify as African-American, Latino/Hispanic, American Indian/Native American, or Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander.

To be considered, applicants must:

  • Be a high school student finishing their junior year and
  • Have a minimum GPA of 3.4 on a 4.0 scale

To Apply

Students must:

  • Complete the online application beginning January 7, 2015 which includes a short essay, and
  • Mail an official high school transcript and letter of recommendation from a high school counselor, teacher, or employer on official letterhead to:

The transcript and recommendation letter may be mailed by the student, entity or person providing the information.

Deadline to Apply: April 30, 2015

Applicants will be notified of a program admission decision by early May.

Funding and Travel

Participants only need to cover their transportation to and from Bloomington and personal expenses. All other program costs will be covered.
