Of the 2,777 Kelley seniors who graduated between July 2024 and June 2025, 2,076 reported they were actively seeking. As of three months post-graduation, our records show 96% (of these actively seeking students) reported a full-time job or graduate school acceptance, with 76% of graduating Kelley seniors having a reported status.

An internship is more than a summer job. It’s an opportunity for Kelley students to explore industries and careers and gain real-world experience that will make them more attractive to employers after graduation. Increasingly, internships are also a recruiting tool for employers—a high percentage of them offer full-time positions to successful interns. So, competition is fierce.

As of August 1, 2025, internships were reported by 98 percent of students in the projected Class of 2026 who were actively engaged in seeking an internship.
