Welcome from the Executive Director

Welcome! The Undergraduate Career Services staff and I are excited to work with you, whether you are a current student/current employer or a prospective student/prospective employer.

Students from the Kelley School of Business stand out to employers because they are trained on the key skills—both technical and soft skills—that are necessary to succeed in today’s work environment. Kelley’s Undergraduate Program curriculum prepares students to be innovative and collaborative, as well as how to work through tough problems and find creative solutions to get results. Our students know what they want and they know how to ask questions to get to answers. They know how to roll up their sleeves and jump right in. They know how to work in teams, how to find new ways of doing things, and how to work in a global marketplace.

At Undergraduate Career Services, our career coaches work with students to determine the career that matches their skills, interests, and values. The coaches enable students to explore their academic and career options, prepare for internships, and gain critical networking and interviewing skills.

Our employer relations professionals work closely with top employers in all industries, helping them identify and build relationships with talented students who have the skills they need.

I invite you to take a look through our website and contact me with any questions.
