Muge Tuna
Executive Director of Employer Relations

Muge is the executive director of employer relations at the Kelley School of Business, where she oversees employer engagement across programs through a consultative portfolio management approach. She leads a team of industry-specialized professionals, cultivating strategic partnerships that connect top employers with students.
Her team collaborates with undergraduate, graduate, and executive education programs to support students in pursuing opportunities ranging from internships to executive roles. She works closely with employers to develop customized recruiting strategies tailored to their needs—whether for internships, full-time positions, leadership programs, or experienced hires. By aligning employer engagement efforts with student career goals, she fosters pathways for long-term success.
Prior to joining Kelley in January 2019, Muge served as the human resources director at Liberty Mutual in Istanbul, overseeing all people functions and enhancing the employee experience. With over a decade of management and human capital consulting experience, she has advised clients across five continents on corporate strategy, organizational effectiveness, M&A, and post-merger integration. She holds degrees from Uludag University and Istanbul Technical University.
Muge is passionate about making work better for people and people better at work through transformational leadership. She fosters an inclusive culture where individuals can maximize their potential and is committed to building meaningful connections that create impactful career experiences for students, employers, and professionals alike. She is driven by a passion for helping people recognize what is possible and empowering them to achieve it.

Jeremy Harmon

Jeremy joined Graduate Career Services in February 2017 after 10 years working for both the Indiana University College of Arts and Sciences and the School of Public and Environmental Affairs in a corporate relations capacity. He obtained his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Indiana University.
Jeremy is a member of the employer relations team and works with companies in the Energy, Manufacturing, and Industrials sectors on recruiting strategy and connecting them with talent from the Kelley portfolio. An avid film fan and former film blogger, he can often be found at various film haunts around Bloomington, especially the IU Cinema, when not spending time with his wonderful wife and two sons. Also, as a former Jeopardy! champion, Jeremy welcomes all takers in trivia.

Beth Sheehan

Beth joined the Employer Relations team in July 2019. Prior to, Beth worked in the athletics department at IU for a total of 16 years, 13 of them specifically with the men’s basketball office. Her favorite thing about working at IU for almost 20 years are the relationships she has built and unbelievable experiences that IU has provided for her. Which include being part of the 2013 and 2016 Big Ten Championship seasons, she displays her ring proudly. Beth was thrilled to continue her passion for building and creating new relationships in the Employer Relations team.
Beth received her BA in management from the Kelley School of Business. When Beth is not at work she enjoys spending time with husband, Luke, sons, Declan and Eoin, and their family dog, Finnegan.

Drew Perius

Drew is a born and bred Hoosier. He has received two degrees from the Kelley School of Business, first receiving his BS in Supply Chain Management in 2012 and then his MS in Strategic Management in 2022. Drew joined the Employer Relations team in spring 2023 after 10+ years in operations leadership roles with Amazon and Carvana. Drew brings passion and energy to the team to go along with his experience leading many diverse teams through growth and expansion. When not at work, Drew spends his free time with his wonderful wife, Jackie, and their 3 young daughters, Scarlett, Riley, and Ellie. He loves to golf, attend sporting events, and spend time with family and friends. Drew is a passionate sports fan and loves all things Hoosiers athletics.

Rachel Brown
Associate Director of Employer Relations
Healthcare, Biotech, and Life Sciences
Rachel graduated from Indiana University in 2016 with a bachelor's degree in management from Kelley and minor in human resources from O’Neill. She joined Employer Relations in February 2024 after seven years of experience in corporate recruiting. In her most recent role before joining the team, Rachel managed an internship program at Capital One for students interested in pursuing a career as a software engineer. Rachel is excited to support students with their career search from the university side and looks forward to connecting with employers to help them find the perfect candidate at Kelley. In her spare time, she enjoys taking her dog on long walks, cooking, reading, attending IU Basketball games, and playing tennis or pickleball with her husband.

Cindy Reichard

Cindy graduated from IU in 2021 with a bachelor of science in public affairs, majoring in nonprofit management and leadership. She started her career part-time at a small financial services firm in Bloomington as an office manager. During her final semester of undergrad, Cindy worked as a peer educator in the O’Neill Career Hub. Being energized to work with students looking for internships and entry-level roles, she accepted a full-time offer with a global digital marketing agency where she worked in talent acquisition and recruiting. With a passion for building relationships and networking, Cindy joined the Employer Relations team in 2022.
As an energetic extrovert, she enjoys spending time with friends and family doing creative and outdoor activities. While looking to continue her education, some of Cindy’s hobbies include but are not limited to rock climbing, volunteering, painting, traveling, and completing sudoku puzzles with her husband Braxton.

Lisa Bell

A native Hoosier, Lisa has been a proud member of the Kelley School of Business for more than 30 years. It began in 1988 with an internship in the Undergraduate Career Services (UCS) office. In 1989, she moved to the Department of Management & Entrepreneurship. However, the fast-paced environment of career services drew her back to UCS in August 1990, where she’s been in various roles ever since.
In addition to her commitment to the Employer Relations and its mission, Lisa prioritizes her faith and cherishes her family. She and her husband, Brad, enjoy spending time with their two grown children as well as fishing, traveling, and watching true crime shows. She also treasures her menagerie of pets which includes two dogs, a small flock of chickens (all of which have names), and two cockatiels, Winston and Salem.

Michelle Clark

A voice and opera alumnus from Indiana University and Brigham Young University, Michelle joined Kelley Graduate Career Services in 2022. Before coming to GCS, she worked as an office administrator at Indiana University Residential Programs and Services and in the Bloomington community. In her spare time, she enjoys doing handiwork, singing, exercising, and attending live music events with her husband.

Kori Renn

Kori comes back to the Kelley School after 15+ years in recruitment and talent acquisition in financial services. Most recently, Kori was the senior recruiter on the Wells Fargo international talent acquisition team where she managed relationships with executives across international lines of business for the wholesale bank. Prior to her work in corporate recruiting, Kori worked in academia. She led the corporate relations team at Emory University and before that worked with the accounting graduate population here at the Kelley School. Kori’s experience in financial services began in public accounting, working for KPMG Chicago’s real estate practice. Kori has both her undergraduate degree and MBA in accounting and international studies from the Kelley School of Business. Kori and her husband Greg (who is also a Kelley MBA) recently moved back to Bloomington from the Southeast to raise their daughter as a Hoosier!

Eunice joined the UCS staff from Kelley’s Graduate Career Services office, where she coached MBA and MSIS students and also spent time working as part of the corporate relations team. Prior to working at IU, she served as the coordinator of the Los Angeles internship program at the UCLA Career Center’s EXPO Internship & Study Abroad Services office. A California native, Eunice received her undergraduate degree from UCLA and her master's degree from IU in higher education and student affairs. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband Matt, their son Keegan, and their two canine companions, JJ and Lucy.

Julie comes to the UCS after having worked as an academic advisor in Kelley for the past 5 years. Prior to that, Julie worked as a Career Advisor in IU's School of Public and Environmental Affairs. For the past 18 years, Julie has also taught classes for the School of Public Health in Human Development and Family Studies. Julie operated a small organic farm for 10 years where she grew berries, vegetables, eggs (from her chickens) and gave farm tours to guests at her Airbnb. She has been active in environmental issues both locally and nationally, working with organizations to help with issues of forest health, climate change, biodiversity, and sustainability. Julie enjoys spending time with her partner, her 3 grown children, Nile, Hazel, and Viola, as well as her dogs. She loves hiking, traveling, watercolor, writing, volunteering in the community, and spending time with friends.

Sara joined the UCS staff with experience in global business communications consulting, intercultural relations training, and journalism/strategic communications. During her dual-degree master’s program at Korea University and American University, she discovered her true passion for higher education and decided to move back to Bloomington. As a Career Coach and the Associate Director of Student Services at UCS, she is thrilled to be a part of a student-centered, dedicated coaching team and strategize/implement/execute programming and initiatives for all Kelley undergraduate students. Born in South Korea with majority of her formative years spent on the U.S. Territory island of Saipan, she and her husband are busy and loving being first-time parents to a silly, sweet toddler boy!

Carol joined the UCS staff with experience working in public and corporate accounting for four years in Chicago. After that time, she decided to switch careers and move to Bloomington, Indiana, to work in higher education as a career coach at Undergraduate Career Services. Carol graduated from the Kelley School of Business in 2011 in accounting and international business and is excited to return to Kelley to help students with their careers. In her time away from UCS, Carol enjoys traveling as often as she can, yoga, trying new restaurants, spending time with friends and family, and listening to business podcasts and social psychology audiobooks.

Irena Otten

Irena joined the UCS staff in order to share her expertise in international career development and employability. She brings over 20 years of combined experience in student affairs and international development work. During her undergraduate studies, Irena used every opportunity to study abroad, complete an international internship, and enrich her resume in order to establish a strong career support network. Irena began her career working in international development for the U.S. Peace Corps, then moved to the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and the European Union (EU). She worked on and led programs covering international and community sustainable development, including small business development, as well as international legal adaptations. Irena moved from the UK to Indiana, and joined IU in 2017, where she started transferring her knowledge and experience to students. With a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the University of Kent in Canterbury, Irena also conducted an academic year of coursework at the University College London (UCL). Born in North Macedonia, Irena is always interested to learn about other cultures and explore new destinations with her family.

Dan received his first degree in Journalism and Public Relations from the University of Oklahoma. His career has included working in marketing Communications for organizations in the Seattle Biotechnology industry and he also has 18 years’ experience in the healthcare industry working with hospital corporations, physician groups and private physician practices as a consultant for recruitment. Piekarsky's career has also included time as a professional opera singer (after receiving his vocal training at the Jacobs School of Music) with professional appearances in both Europe and the US, and as a professional show horse trainer. His varied career is an example that not every successful career must follow a traditional path. He likes working with all Kelley students.

Greg Smith

Greg is a proud Indiana University alum with over 30 years of experience in corporate sales, marketing, and management, primarily within the life sciences industry. Throughout his career, he worked with several Fortune 500 companies, including Johnson & Johnson, as well as various start-ups. Greg started as a territory representative, then transitioned into institutional sales, and ultimately advanced to sales director, leading sales teams across the Midwest. He also earned a master’s degree in management during his career. After retiring from corporate leadership in 2023, Greg launched his career coaching business, leveraging his vast expertise in career development to guide individuals toward success. Certified as a career coach (CPCC), Greg joined the Kelley School of Business in 2023 to help students successfully launch their careers.

Rebecca Cook, CFA, PCC

Rebecca is a Kelley MBA alumna who came back to the Kelley School in November 2009, starting in Graduate Career Services as a career coach and director of coaching & development, then moving to the role of executive director of the Full-Time MBA Program in 2016. She became executive director of Undergraduate Career Services in July 2019 and then became executive director of Kelley Career Services in June 2022, covering both graduate and undergraduate career services. Prior to returning to Kelley, Rebecca was a portfolio manager and senior equity analyst with Voyageur Asset Management and has more than 13 years of investment management and non-profit experience with various organizations.
In her current role, Rebecca oversees all aspects of Kelley Career Services, from coaching to employer relations and everything in between. Rebecca also holds leadership positions with a variety of non-profit organizations, including the MBA Career Services & Employer Alliance and Tri Kappa (service sorority). Rebecca is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation. In her free time, Rebecca enjoys playing and traveling with her husband Chris (a Kelley accounting professor and fellow Kelley MBA alum) and their two teenage children.

Scott Zanger
Director, Employment & Data Analysis
Scott is essentially UCS's chief operating officer, in charge of all office operations, technology, and facilities. He has been a member of the career services team since 1987, serving as systems technology director for a decade prior to being promoted to senior associate director in 2000. Scott has a bachelor of science in psychology from Syracuse University and a master of science in instructional systems technology from Indiana University.

Jasmine joined the Undergraduate Career Services team in July 2019. She is a Bloomington native and has been with IU since 2013 in various healthcare and student support roles. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, especially her son, Mason. Jasmine enjoys traveling, reading, hiking, and walking her two dogs, Dixie and Hank. Connecting with students and employers while planning events is what she loves most about being part of the UCS team.

Patti joined the UCS staff after previously working in the Bloomington School system for many years, followed by working for a local accounting firm and then joining Indiana University in 2017 assisting with recruitment events across the country. She joined the Kelley School in 2019. Patti loves spending time with her children Amanda, Taylor and Evan as well as with her other family and friends. In her spare time, she likes to hike the trails in one of the many beautiful Indiana State Parks with her youngest daughter, read a variety of books and do puzzles. She is originally from Kentucky and enjoys all things related to the Kentucky Derby. Connecting with people is what Patti loves most about being part of the UCS team.
