Director of Employer Relations & Recruiting
Julie joined the Undergraduate Career Services team in 2014. A native of Bloomington, Julie received her BA from Indiana University in 1995 and her MBA from Western Governors University in 2013. Julie has 20 years of professional experience working in higher education, with three years at Rutgers University and the remaining years at Indiana University. Aside from her career, Julie spends a lot of her time volunteering as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children and leading a weekly class for single moms in Bloomington. Julie is the proud parent of two daughters, Alayna and Morgan.
Associate Director of Employer Relations

Muge joined the UCS Employer Relations team with over ten years of consulting experience specializing in management and human capital consulting. She has extensive expertise and progressively responsible experience in leadership, business strategy, change management, talent management, organizational design and process improvement. Muge has led multifarious projects around the world in a variety of industries including automotive, consumer products and services, energy, food and beverage, financial services, logistics, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, retail, technology and telecommunications. She has worked with many Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to joining Kelley in January 2019, Muge worked as the human resources manager with Liberty Mutual in Istanbul and continued working there remotely after moving to Bloomington, IN. She is a graduate of Uludag University (BA) and Istanbul Technical University (master’s). She loves traveling, swimming, cooking, and making new friends.
Associate Director of Employer Relations

Brittani Wilson has over 7 years of Kelley experience; most recently serving as the Director of Diversity Initiatives for the Kelley School of Business Undergraduate Program. In this position, she was in charge of the strategic direction of Kelley’s recruitment and retention initiatives as they pertain to underrepresented minority students. Before this position, Brittani served in recruitment roles for both Kelley’s Undergraduate and Graduate Programs.
Before coming to IU, Brittani held recruitment positions at Lexmark International, Inc. and University of Kentucky. She also worked as a Project Coordinator with Community Action Council (Lexington, KY) and raised funds for the United Way of the Bluegrass (Lexington, KY). She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Kentucky University and a Master’s of Public Administration from the University of Kentucky.
In her community, she has served as a Big Sister in the Big Brothers Big Sisters Program and a member of the Fund Development Committee for Community Justice & Mediation Center. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her son and eating southern cuisines.
Assistant Director of Employer Relations

Beth joined the Undergraduate Career Services team in July 2019. A native of Lawrenceburg, IN, Beth received her BA in management from the Kelley School of Business.
Prior to joining the Employer Relations team, Beth worked in the athletics department at IU for a total of 16 years, 13 of them specifically with the men’s basketball office. She is honored and proud to have been part of the basketball program, specifically during the 2013 and 2016 Big Ten Championship seasons and multiple sweet 16 appearances.
Leading the office for men’s basketball allowed her to have unbelievable experiences in networking and building relationships within in IU community and beyond. Beth is looking forward to continuing to build and creating new relationships with our employers.
When Beth is not at work she enjoys spending time with husband, Luke, sons, Declan and Eoin and their family dog, Finnegan. She loves to travel and learn new things but if she had to narrow down favorite vacation spots it would be going to a beach or Disney World.
Assistant Director of Employer Relations
Jill and her family moved to Bloomington in 2011. She graduated from IU in 1996 with a BS in kinesiology and K-12 teaching certificate. She taught high school physical education and coached track and volleyball, then started an Insurance Restoration franchise with her father. After five years managing the business, she became a full-time parent to her four children. In 2018, Jill joined the UCS family managing the front desk and lobby area. She instantly fell in love with the fast paced environment, working with the students, and welcoming people to the lobby. With a passion for building relationships and networking, Jill transitioned to the Employer Relations team in 2021. She enjoys spending time (especially at IU sporting events!) with her husband, Jason, two daughters, both IU students, and two boys in high school. A fitness enthusiast at heart, you can find Jill running in the woods with her two dogs, Roscoe and Pierre in the early mornings.

Kori comes back to the Kelley School after 15+ years in recruitment and talent acquisition in financial services. Most recently, Kori was the senior recruiter on the Wells Fargo international talent acquisition team where she managed relationships with executives across international lines of business for the wholesale bank. Prior to her work in corporate recruiting, Kori worked in academia. She led the corporate relations team at Emory University and before that worked with the accounting graduate population here at the Kelley School. Kori’s experience in financial services began in public accounting, working for KPMG Chicago’s real estate practice. Kori has both her undergraduate degree and MBA in accounting and international studies from the Kelley School of Business. Kori and her husband Greg (who is also a Kelley MBA) recently moved back to Bloomington from the Southeast to raise their daughter as a Hoosier!
Corporate Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain/Operations and Offer and Negotiation Skills
Susie earned her bachelor's degree in finance from the Kelley School of Business. She joined the Kelley staff as a Graduate Career Services career coach in 1998 after almost 20 years of progressive management experience in various positions at Cummins in Finance and International Human Resources. For 15 years she led the Undergraduate Career Services team. In 2019, she transitioned into a career coach role to spend more time with her family, especially her two grandchildren.
Nonprofit/Social Impact, Career Exploration
Eunice joined the UCS staff from Kelley’s Graduate Career Services office, where she coached MBA and MSIS students and also spent time working as part of the corporate relations team. Prior to working at IU, she served as the coordinator of the Los Angeles internship program at the UCLA Career Center’s EXPO Internship & Study Abroad Services office. A California native, Eunice received her undergraduate degree from UCLA and her master's degree from IU in higher education and student affairs. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband Matt, their son Keegan, and their two canine companions, JJ and Lucy.

Sara joined the UCS staff with experience in global business communications consulting, intercultural relations training, and journalism/strategic communications. During her dual-degree master’s program at Korea University and American University, she discovered her true passion for higher education and international students and decided to move back to Bloomington. As a returning IU alumna (BA in journalism, 2009), she is thrilled to be a part of the coaching team and serve as the international student services lead. Born in South Korea with formative years spent on the U.S. Territory island of Saipan, she and her husband love to travel looking for the best beaches and cuisines.

Mike is an Indiana University Kelley School of Business graduate. After 35 years in business as an entrepreneur, corporate executive, and consultant, he retired from day-to-day business activities. Not satisfied with early retirement, he made the decision to return to Kelley and share his insight and experiences with students as a career coach and counselor. His primary business activities were in the consumer electronics industry, real estate, and consulting. He has an international business perspective and has traveled extensively in Pacific Rim countries. In addition to traditional business majors, Mike likes to work with students interested in arts and entertainment careers. Now with more than 15 years of career coaching at UCS he is convinced that Kelley students continue to be the best prepared business school candidates for the next step in global enterprise. He says “I thrive on my students' success and creating long-term relationships as they continue to evolve in their careers and professional lives." Outside of Kelley, family, music, and travel bring him the most enjoyment.
Career Coach & Evening Help Desk Manager
Accounting and Consulting. Career coach. Oversight of day-to-day activities of students and employers during evening office hours.
Carol joined the UCS staff with experience working in public and corporate accounting for four years in Chicago. After that time, she decided to switch careers and move to Bloomington, Indiana, to work in higher education as a career coach at Undergraduate Career Services. Carol graduated from the Kelley School of Business in 2011 in accounting and international business and is excited to return to Kelley to help students with their careers. In her time away from UCS, Carol enjoys traveling as often as she can, yoga, trying new restaurants, spending time with friends and family, and listening to business podcasts and social psychology audiobooks.
Healthcare, Sales/Sales Management, Consulting
Brian brings 33 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry to UCS. He worked for AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals (Crestor, Nexium, Symbicort, and other products) from his graduation from IU in 1981 until March 2015. His experience was gained in sales, recruiting and training, brand marketing, and sales leadership as well as running the key training and operations functions for the US. business. Brian has led sales teams of over 500 people in multiple therapeutic areas. His most recent role was as an internal consultant to the North American commercial leadership team. Brian began his second career at Kelley in September 2015.
Rebecca Cook, CFA, PCC
Rebecca is a Kelley MBA alumna who came back to the Kelley School in November 2009, starting in Graduate Career Services as a career coach and Director of Coaching & Development, then moving to the role of Executive Director of the Full-Time MBA Program in 2016. She became Executive Director of Undergraduate Career Services in July 2019. Prior to returning to Kelley, Rebecca was a Portfolio Manager and Senior Equity Analyst with Voyageur Asset Management and has more than 13 years of investment management and non-profit experience with various organizations. In her current role, Rebecca oversees all aspects of Undergraduate Career Services, from coaching to employer relations and everything in between. Rebecca also holds leadership positions with a variety of non-profit organizations, including the MBA Career Services & Employer Alliance, Tri Kappa (service sorority), and the Investment Committee of the Bloomington Health Foundation. Rebecca is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation. In her free time, Rebecca enjoys playing and traveling with her husband Chris (a Kelley accounting professor and fellow Kelley MBA alum) and their two children.
Director, Employment & Data Analysis
Scott is essentially UCS's chief operating officer, in charge of all office operations, technology, and facilities. He has been a member of the career services team since 1987, serving as systems technology director for a decade prior to being promoted to senior associate director in 2000. Scott has a bachelor of science in psychology from Syracuse University and a master of science in instructional systems technology from Indiana University.
Website & Digital Content Specialist
A native Hoosier, Lisa has been a proud member of the Kelley School of Business for more than 30 years. It began in 1988 with an internship in the Undergraduate Career Services. In 1989, she moved to the Department of Management & Entrepreneurship. But the fast-paced environment of UCS drew her back to career services in August 1990. She's been at UCS ever since.
In addition to her commitment to UCS and its mission, Lisa prioritizes her faith and family. She cherishes time spent with her husband, Brad, and their two grown children. She enjoys fishing, camping, traveling, and participating in scrapbooking retreats.
Office Services Assistant Senior
Jasmine joined the Undergraduate Career Services team in July 2019. She is a Bloomington native and is currently working towards her bachelor's degree in HR management. She has been at IU for six years in various healthcare and student support roles. In her free time, Jasmine enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family.
