    *Due to the time required for visa processing, international undergraduate applicants who are not currently studying in the United States should submit their applications no later than the second-round deadline.

    Application timeline

    Students interested in the program may apply to Phase 1 during their senior year. Students interested in the Accelerated Master's Program (AMP) are eligible to apply during their junior year. AMP is for current Indiana University Bloomington students only.

    Application requirements

    We welcome applicants from all academic backgrounds who are interested in developing their business knowledge and leadership skills. While each application is reviewed holistically, the admissions committee typically looks for the following qualities:

    • Academic excellence
    • Effective communication skills
    • Leadership potential
    • Teamwork mindset

    After submitting a Phase 1 application, selected applicants will be invited to complete Phase 2 of the application process.

    • One recommendation form
    • Transcripts
    • Required essay (maximum 500 words)
      • What are your short-term and long-term career goals, and how does this program align with those goals? Describe the professional impact you hope to make, the challenges you aim to address in your field, and how your academic and career plans will support your aspirations.
    • Optional essay (maximum 500 words)
      • Use this essay to help us get to know you beyond your application. You may share information not addressed elsewhere, such as personal achievements, interests, gaps in your academic record, additional context for your recommendation, or something unique about yourself.
    • Admissions interview
      • Selected applicants will be invited to interview.
    • $75 USD application fee
      • Application fee waivers are not available.
    • GMAT or GRE (Optional)
      • Submitting GMAT or GRE scores is optional. Applicants may choose whether to include test scores with their application. For applicants who do not submit scores, the Admissions Committee will evaluate academic readiness based on prior academic performance. In some cases, the Committee may request a GMAT or GRE score during the admissions review process.
    • English Language Proficiency
      • Applicants whose first language is not English, or who have not completed a qualifying degree in English, may be required to submit proof of English language proficiency. Accepted exams and minimum scores are:
        • Duolingo English Test (DET): 130
        • TOEFL iBT: 100 (out of 120) or 5 (out of 6)
        • IELTS Academic: 7.0
