2014 Clapp IDEA Business Plan Competition

Sponsored by the Johnson Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation and Vern Clapp, Clapp Investment, Ltd.

Have an idea?  Want to win up to $10,000 to launch your student startup?  The Johnson Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation is hosting the 2014 Clapp IDEA Business Plan Competition where you can pitch your idea to investors who want to help you succeed.

Teams with innovative and well thought out business ideas will compete on April 4, 2014 to win up to $10,000 and office space in the Hoosier Hatchery, the Johnson Center’s very own business incubator on the Bloomington campus.  In addition, there are mentors to help you through the business planning process—all you need to start off with is an idea and the motivation to turn it into a business.
