The first step to recruiting at Kelley is to create an account with Kelley Connect, our online job and internship and on-campus recruiting system. Registered employers can:
- Post full-time, part-time, and internship positions
- Track applicants
- Schedule on-campus interviews
- Sign up for career events
- Receive announcements from Undergraduate Career Services (UCS)
After you submit your registration, a UCS staff member will review your request within 48 business hours. If your account is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with your username and password.
