Make a Global Impact

Eager to gain international experience? In our elective AGILE courses, you'll consult with small businesses in emerging markets across the world.
Our selective degree programs are designed for working professionals who have achieved career success and are building momentum toward further advancement. If that sounds like you, we encourage you to apply—no matter what your academic background or career experience.
Academic Records
In addition to your GPA from each college or university you’ve attended, we’ll also look at what you studied, your balance of “poet” (communications) to “quant” (quantitative and analytical) courses and the overall trend of your grades. Our students’ grade point averages vary by degree, but the overall average is 3.45.
GMAT/GRE Scores
If you’ve taken the test more than once within the last five years, we’ll only look at your highest scores and at your quantitative and verbal score balance. The average GMAT score for our online MBA students is 639. Our MS averages vary by degree. We consider GMAT/GRE waiver requests for applicants with 10 years of work experience, advanced degrees, or a degree from the Kelley School of Business. To learn more, visit the How to Apply page.
Work and Leadership Experience
Most students enter with typically five or more years of relevant work experience after their undergraduate degree. We look at your career responsibilities as well as demonstrated leadership abilities on your resume and beyond.
Letters of Recommendation
We want to make sure Kelley is your best degree option. Your three recommenders, people who know you academically and professionally, will help us gain a complete understanding of you and your capabilities.
Personal Statement
You are more than your test scores and GPA. This is your place to share your story, leadership experience, and career goals. You'll also demonstrate your writing and communication style.
If English is not your first language and you don’t have a bachelor’s or higher degree that was taught in English, you will need to take the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) or IELTS (International English Language Testing System). We accept either test score. Minimum scores: We require a minimum internet-based TOEFL score of 100; 600 on the paper-based TOEFL; or band 7.0 on the IELTS.
Note: We cannot accept TOEFL or IELTS scores that are more than two years old.
Waiver of the TOEFL or IELTS requirement: The TOEFL or IELTS requirement is automatically waived for international applicants who have completed a college or university degree in the United States.
Your investment in Kelley will offer great returns, delivering skills to advance your career from day one. Our tuition rates are competitive—and you may qualify for scholarships or financial aid including veterans benefits or tuition assistance from your employer.
Now is the time to go from moment to momentum.
