Who is eligible to use Undergraduate Career Services?
Full access to our services is available to undergraduate students currently enrolled in good standing at IU Bloomington who successfully take the compass T175/T275 sequence, regardless of major. If you have enrolled in and completed one of Kelley's career education courses on the Bloomington campus, you can log in to Kelley Connect to access student resources, including job listings, resume tools, and more. How can Undergraduate Career Services help me?
From career exploration to job-search coaching to resume assessment and interview skills training, we will help you translate your classroom experiences to the workplace. Come to us for expert advice on every aspect of your career planning and job search, including your career decision-making process, scheduling interviews with recruiters both on and off campus, and deciding which job offer to accept.
When should I start to utilize Undergraduate Career Services?

What companies recruit through Undergraduate Career Services?
Each year, more than 300 companies recruit on campus through our office. In addition, more than 700 companies post job openings and review resumes through our online recruiting system. We maintain comprehensive lists of companies that recruit each year.
What if I am interested in a company that does not come to campus?
Through our online recruiting system and extensive network of alumni, we will work with you to develop a strategy to help you pursue companies of interest to you around the nation—whether they recruit on campus or off.
What services do you provide after I graduate?
