Center for Global Sales Leadership

Established as one of the first educational sales research centers in the country, the Center for Global Sales Leadership is the umbrella organization for “all-things-sales” at the Kelley School of Business. This is where corporations come to recruit outstanding sales talent and where students come to learn the most innovative methods for professional sales career success.

3M Professional Sales & Communications Lab

The Center for Global Sales Leadership houses the 3M Professional Sales & Communications Lab, which is equipped with state-of-the art technology that enables students to receive feedback on their presentation, listening, and adaptive selling skills. The 3M Professional Sales & Communications Lab allows us to move beyond the development of traditional sales presentations by integrating technical skills with leadership and communications skills. Our experiential learning scenarios are based on real-world selling situations. Cases for our sales competitions are developed by our corporate partners who also judge and provide feedback during the role-play sales learning process.
