Ron Thomas is the executive director of Executive Education at Indiana University Kelley School of Business. He has spent over twenty years in the executive education industry, designing and conducting custom management and executive education programs for Fortune 500 firms such as Alcoa, AT&T, BP Amoco, Brown Forman, Cinergy, Coca-Cola, Dow Chemical, EDS, Elanco, FedEx, General Motors, Kimball International, Lincoln Financial, Lucent Technologies, Old National Bancorp, Philips Electronics, Roche Diagnostics, Sara Lee, SIRVA, Vectren, WellPoint, and Whirlpool.
Ron also has considerable experience in the development and implementation of consortium education programs. During his career at the Kelley School of Business, Ron has developed and led numerous consortia, including the Indiana Partnership for Management Development (IPMD), Indiana Service Partnership (ISP), the Kelley Partnership for Leadership Development (KPLD), the Indiana Forum for Management Development (IFMD), and the Indiana Online MBA Consortium.
He is certified as an experiential educator though Roland, Diamond and Associates and a certified 7 Habits of Highly Effective People™ facilitator through the StephenCovey Company.
Previously, Ron was senior associate director of Executive Programs at Notre Dame University and executive director of Butler University’s Corporate & Executive Education.
