Rebecca is a Kelley MBA alumna who came back to the Kelley School in November 2009, starting in Graduate Career Services as a career coach and director of coaching & development, then moving to the role of executive director of the Full-Time MBA Program in 2016. She became executive director of Undergraduate Career Services in July 2019 and then became executive director of Kelley Career Services in June 2022, covering both graduate and undergraduate career services. Prior to returning to Kelley, Rebecca was a portfolio manager and senior equity analyst with Voyageur Asset Management and has more than 13 years of investment management and non-profit experience with various organizations.
In her current role, Rebecca oversees all aspects of Kelley Career Services, from coaching to employer relations and everything in between. Rebecca also holds leadership positions with a variety of non-profit organizations, including the MBA Career Services & Employer Alliance and Tri Kappa (service sorority). Rebecca is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation. In her free time, Rebecca enjoys playing and traveling with her husband Chris (a Kelley accounting professor and fellow Kelley MBA alum) and their two teenage children.

Jeremy joined Graduate Career Services in February 2017 after 10 years working for both the Indiana University College of Arts and Sciences and the School of Public and Environmental Affairs in a corporate relations capacity. He obtained his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Indiana University.
Jeremy is a member of the corporate relations team and works with companies on recruiting strategy and connecting them with talent from the Full-Time MBA Program’s Consulting, Strategic Finance, and Capital Markets Academies. An avid film fan and former film blogger, he can often be found at various film haunts around Bloomington, especially the IU Cinema, when not spending time with his wonderful wife and two sons. Also, as a former Jeopardy! champion, Jeremy welcomes all takers in trivia.

Crystal recently joined Graduate Career Services after nearly a decade with the Indiana University Center for Survey Research. She earned her bachelor’s degree from DePauw University and pursued a master’s degree at the O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs. Crystal is a part of the employer relations team and looks forward to helping talented students connect with strong companies. When not at Kelley, she enjoys spending time with her two kids and her dog, hiking, and frequenting the Bloomington restaurant scene.
Rachel Turner

Rachel graduated from Indiana University in 2016 with a bachelor's degree in management from Kelley and minor in Human Resources from O’Neill. She joined Kelley Graduate Career Services in February 2024 after seven years of experience in corporate recruiting. In her most recent role before joining the GCS team, Rachel managed an internship program at Capital One for students interested in pursuing a career as a software engineer. Rachel is excited to support students with their career search from the university side and looks forward to connecting with employers to help them find the perfect candidate at Kelley. In her spare time, she enjoys taking her dog on long walks, cooking, reading, attending IU Basketball games, and playing tennis or pickleball with her fiancé.
A voice and opera alumnus from Indiana University and Brigham Young University, Michelle joined Kelley Graduate Career Services in 2022. Before coming to GCS, she worked as an office administrator at Indiana University Residential Programs and Services and in the Bloomington community. In her spare time, she enjoys doing handiwork, singing, exercising, and attending live music events with her husband.
Debbie is a proud graduate of Indiana University and native of Bloomington. She has been an employee of Indiana University for over 38 years, of which 24 years have been in career services. Debbie has been in both the undergraduate and graduate career service offices managing recruiting strategies for on-campus companies and in 2018 joined the newly created Kelley Sales team responsible for the Midwest region. She identifies new companies who will consider our amazing talent from undergraduate to graduate candidates and develops recruiting strategies that fit individual company needs.
Matt graduated from Franklin College in 2016 with a Bachelor’s in Applied Mathematics and Indiana University in 2018 with a Master’s in Data Science. He then started his career full-time as a Data Scientist at NSWC Crane until joining the career services family in October of 2022. Matt grew up in Indianapolis but has called Bloomington home for about 6 years and loves being part of this community. He enjoys spending time and playing games with his wife, traveling/vacationing anywhere in Wisconsin, and attending sporting events related to his favorite teams – Packers, Bucks, Brewers, and Badgers.
Sarah Nagelvoort is a proud Kelley MBA alum with over ten years of experience driving strategic growth as a program and product manager. Prior to her time at Kelley,she was the go-to-market product manager with Epson America responsible for the North American Retail Scanner business.
She has worked in a variety of industries and roles over the course of her career including the arts, non-profits, consumer electronics, and higher education where she developed a reputation as a professional skilled at change management and innovation during times of transition.
Sarah views coaching through the lens of creativity and as an opportunity to support those she is working with as they unlock their potential to reach goals, resolve challenges, and discover their best selves as leaders and professionals. She aims to help professionals unleash their ingenuity and spot opportunities in the ever-changing landscape of technology and business.
Audra is a proud Indiana University alum. Prior to joining Kelley as an associate director of Career Services, she spent more than 20 years in business ownership and operations. Audra provided therapeutic services for children and adults diagnosed with autism, and she opened the first autism clinic in Bloomington Indiana specializing in healthcare. During that time, Audra honed her skills as an entrepreneur, with experience that spans business startup, outsourced teams, employee and employer relations, leadership, multi-organization ownership, and CEO transitions, among others. Through this experience, Audra discovered coaching and the importance of partnering to unleash the power within individuals. She brings a natural curiosity, an eye for possibility, and a willingness to push you (lovingly) to find the power within yourself and your journey.
Beth joined the Kelley School in 2002. After 15 years of experience working on the employer relations team in career services, Beth transitioned to work directly with students in the Information Systems Graduate Programs office (MSIS). She developed a passion for student services and is enthusiastic about student success and their professional development.
Beth returned to Kelley’s career services to coach and consult students pursuing specialized master’s degree programs. She invests herself in building and maintaining strong relationships with students, industry professionals, and Kelley alumni.
Beth is a proud IU alum and a native of Bloomington.
Birgit joined the Graduate Career Services team in the fall of 2015 as associate director and career coach.
As such, she is the career coach for the students in Kelley’s Graduate Accounting Programs. In addition, Birgit also works with Kelley Direct Online MBA and MS students on accelerating their current careers or transitioning into a new field.
Prior to working at Kelley, Birgit worked in the consulting industry—specifically on the intersection of IT and financial services—for over 15 years, where over time she held various positions such as consultant, presales engineer, project manager, and account manager.
Born and raised in Germany, Birgit has her MBA from Universität des Saarlandes in Saarbrücken, Germany. She also has a Certificate in Executive and Leadership Coaching at the NYU School of Continuing and Professional Studies, and is working on becoming a certified coach with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI).
Birgit has lived in many places in the world and in the U.S, and is now happily settled in Bloomington, Indiana, with her husband and two little boys.
A graduate of Indiana University, Darbe comes to the Graduate Career Services team with a professional background in retail leadership and consumer banking. Throughout her experience, she discovered her passion for coaching and developing others.
After pursuing her master’s degree in human resources, Darbe joined the Graduate Career Services staff as a career coach for the students of MS in Accounting with Data and Analytics and MS in Information Systems programs.
Erin joined the Graduate Career Services team in Summer 2022 after 11 years of IU student services experience—the last 8 at the Kelley School of Business. Erin earned her bachelor's degree in biology from Butler University and a masters in higher education and student affairs from IU. Erin is passionate about helping college students navigate their higher education experience. She looks forward to assisting graduate students in finding their best career fit.
Kimberly’s career has spanned four industries, including corporate, nonprofit, and higher education experience in marketing, program and project management, event planning, development, teaching, and coaching. She is a nationally recognized board-certified coach with a career coaching specialty designation and an MBA. Most recently, Kimberly served as a senior career coach at the IU Walter Center for Career Achievement in the College of Arts and Sciences, coaching undergraduates, graduate students, and alumni. She is passionate about empowering students on their career journeys to align with their values, aspirations, and dreams, serving as a strategic partner. When not at work, Kimberly enjoys hiking, cooking, working out, and spending time with her son and Labradors.
LP joined the Kelley Graduate Career Services staff in December 2021 after 10 years of student service experience in and around Indiana University. A proud Hoosier with two degrees from IU and a background in higher education and student affairs, he most recently oversaw graduate student professional development and led the graduate career coaching team in the Luddy School of Informatics, Computing, and Engineering. As a coach for the in-residence MBA program, LP enjoys assisting Kelley graduate students in meeting their career goals and achieve success.
Randi joined Kelley Graduate Career Services in fall 2018. Her professional background is in K-12 education and student affairs in higher education. She has spent time teaching music in various locations, overseeing operations for music ensembles at Boston College, and coaching undergraduate students in career development in the College of Arts and Sciences at IU. She is excited to work with Kelley graduate students as they achieve their career goals.
I joined Kelley Graduate Career Services with more than 20 years of experience in financial services with companies such as Citibank, Morgan Stanley, and Bank of America. My professional experience includes roles in senior leadership, operational improvement, and customer experience consulting. I received both my undergraduate degree and MBA from Kelley.
As a director for the Consulting Academy, my work is with students focused on entering the consulting world; I really enjoy helping them learn about the various opportunities, firms, and types of consulting—and coaching them on career development, job search strategies and techniques. When not at work, I can generally be found cooking, gardening, or exploring the world.
