Immersion Experience

The Kelley Immersion Experience is your opportunity to visit the beautiful IU campus, interact with the faculty and staff, and network with your classmates.

Visit Indiana University Bloomington—consistently voted as one of the country's most beautiful college campuses—during your corporate or partner program.

The Kelley Immersion Experience is an on-campus residency event hosted by Executive Degree Programs. During your time on campus, you’ll participate in a variety of academic and social events. You’ll meet the faculty chair and director of Executive Degree Programs, along with other key faculty. View the Kelley Immersion calendar and Academic calendar.

Your Immersion Experience will include:

  • Intensive instruction from our top-ranked faculty, the same faculty who teach in our residential and online programs
  • Networking with highly-driven classmates
  • Teamwork on collaborative class projects
  • Understanding the role of career coaching and development in your career

For some programs, the Kelley Immersion Experiences include the following 1.5 credit hour courses.

Year One: Leading Individual Change (V599)

This course covers topics such as:

  • Welcome and overview of the MBA Program
  • Creating and leading meaning in your work
  • Internal/external feedback processing through a self-observant lens

Travel specifics and instructions will be sent at least one term before you are scheduled to take V599 or C511.
