Faculty members from the Department of Business Law and Ethics teach a variety of graduate-level courses for students at the Kelley School and beyond. These courses play key roles in Kelley’s Full-Time MBA, JD/MBA, Online MBA, 3/2 MBA, MS in Accounting, and graduate programs across campus.
- The Critical Thinking course, which all first-year MBA students and second-year JD/MBA students are required to take, is an essential part of the MBA Core. Full-Time MBA students are also required to take L507 Law and Ethics for Business Leaders.
- Students in the 3/2 MBA and MS in Accounting programs take three required courses taught by business law and ethics faculty. These courses provide instruction in ethics and professional responsibility as well as legal issues in corporate and commercial finance.
- Kelley Direct Online MBA students take a required law and ethics course taught by business law and ethics faculty.
- Indiana University's MS in Cybersecurity Risk Management includes required courses in cybersecurity law and policy taught by business law and ethics faculty.
