IU Real Estate Alumni Network

Jonathan Jaggard is a Senior Associate at Fundamental Income, a Phoenix-based net lease REIT focused on single-tenant industrial, retail, medical, and specialty assets across the country. Jonathan’s primary responsibilities include real estate underwriting, transaction analysis, tenant due diligence, portfolio valuation, market research, business development, and internal underwriting training. Before joining Fundamental Income, Jonathan worked as an Analyst at KPMG, LLP (Chicago), as a member of the firm’s Real Estate Valuation group. As an Analyst, he was responsible for market research, cash flow analysis, cost analysis, and other valuation activities for a wide variety of asset classes both nationally and internationally. Jonathan received a B.S. in Business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University – Bloomington with a double major in Finance and Real Estate.

During his time at IU, Jonathan served as Vice President of the Commercial Real Estate Workshop where he spearheaded the inaugural CRW Chicago networking trip while fulfilling teaching and networking responsibilities throughout the year. He also was an active participant on campus as a Little 500 rider and founder/member of multiple extracurricular student groups.

Paul Davidovac believes in building long-term wealth through real estate investments. He has strong experience in international business which helps him educate clients to make smart investments with a consistency and commitment to their wants and needs.

His career commenced in London for Quintessentially, the luxury lifestyle group. In his position as head of business development he improved the headquarters in London, researched international opportunities, and opened several offices including New York, Beijing, Shanghai, Cape Town, Johannesburg, and Dubai.

With his 10+ years of real estate development, and investment experience, Paul has been involved with the development, acquisition, or disposition of over $200M of commercial real estate. Sharing his knowledge, social awareness, and people skills, he provides leadership in various organizations. He is the president emeritus of the Indiana University Alumni Association for Los Angeles.

Jason Ross is an Acquisitions Analyst at United Growth, a real estate development and private equity fund in the Bay Area. Jason is a member of the acquisitions and capital markets team and is responsible for sourcing deals for the investment pipeline and underwriting potential stressed asset portfolios. In addition, he supports the private equity fund operations and investor relations function. Before joining United Growth, Jason interned at Carillon Capital and Blue Bridge Financial in Washington D.C.

Jason received a bachelor's degree from Indiana University, majoring in Public Financial Management with a minor in Urban Planning and Development. He is an active member of NAIOP and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Bryon Stevenson is a Senior Vice President in CBRE’s Colorado office, focusing on land brokerage for urban infill and suburban land sales for multifamily and mixed-use product types. He works to source development sites for national and local development partners and maximizes land values for sellers.  Mr. Stevenson has participated in over 50 land transactions totaling over $100 million. Over his career, he has participated in the sale of land resulting in over 5,000 multifamily units for development.  Prior to entering brokerage, Mr. Stevenson worked for a multifamily development company performing financial underwriting and assisting in the development of new multifamily projects totaling over $250 million across the Midwest.

Denyse O'Grady has broad-based real estate experience spanning over two decades in the commercial and multifamily residential sectors throughout the United States. She is the principal of Ascendant Real Estate Group located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, managing a portfolio of traditional and NNN single tenant retail centers throughout the southeastern United States. Aside from being a seasoned professional asset manager, Denyse's specialties include brokerage, development, and government entitlements, as well as retail site selection and distressed asset workouts. Denyse's forte is locating real estate opportunities, which she is able to accomplish by using a global approach with a local focus. Since relocating to South Florida in 2000, Denyse has continued to work with a select client group in the identification and creation of value-added opportunities. A strategic, non-linear thinker, Denyse brings passion and commitment to her work. Denyse is an appointed member of the Fort Lauderdale Economic Development Advisory Board and is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Greater Fort Lauderdale Board of Realtors, AICPA, and NC CPA.

He holds bar admissions in Florida and Indiana and is an officer of the Lee County Bar Association. Matthew was a member of the Fort Myers Planning Board and is a current member of the Lee County Executive Regulatory Oversight Committee. Prior to joining Becker and Poliakoff, he was a law clerk with Broad and Cassel, focusing on affordable housing and tax credits. He obtained a JD/MBA at Indiana University Bloomington in 2011. Hunter Leonard works as an Associate Vice President with Realterm, a leader in supply-chain, high-flow-through industrial real estate. Based in Chicago, IL, he is responsible for acquiring land and developing transportation-advantaged industrial real estate facilities. Prior to joining Realterm, Mr. Leonard was a Manager of Development Transactions with CenterPoint Properties and before that he worked as an Associate at Ernst & Young in its Transaction Advisory Services group. Throughout his career, he has worked on nearly 12M SF of industrial development across the United States, with a focus on the Midwest and Southwest.

Mr. Leonard graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a B.S. in Finance. During his time at Indiana University, he led the Indianapolis campus as the President of the Real Estate Club and was a member of the Real Estate Workshop in Bloomington.

Christopher M. Folz is a 2007 graduate of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Earning a BS in business with distinction, Christopher majored in finance–real estate, accounting, and entrepreneurship. He has been with Regency Properties since 2007, serving in various positions including real estate representative and project manager, and he currently serves as the director of acquisitions. He has earned the designation of certified leasing specialist (CLS) from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has served as the Indiana state operations chair and government relations chair for the ICSC. Christopher is also a licensed certified public accountant (CPA) and real estate broker in Indiana.

As a Senior Broker Associate at Cawley Chicago Commercial Real Estate, Dan specializes in the analysis, acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial real estate properties throughout Chicago. His primary focus is assisting private business owners and investors in maximizing their asset’s value. This consists of representing owners with the sale of their properties by positioning the asset for highest-and-best-use; and assisting owners of underperforming assets by creating a strategic leasing initiative and implementing an assertive approach to achieve increased occupancy. This specialization includes urban redevelopment and adaptive reuse strategies within Chicago’s diverse neighborhoods.

He draws on his previous experience providing a full spectrum of commercial real estate brokerage services. Having brokered deals involving industrial, office, retail, land, development, and multifamily/mixed use property types, Dan has the knowledge and drive to assist commercial property owners and investors in both finding and maximizing their investments.

Dan stays active in the community as a mentor for the Big Brothers Big Sisters Organization, a board member for Headwaters Counseling, a member of the IU Real Estate Alumni Network, as well as the Young Real Estate Professionals of Chicago.

Prior to joining Cawley Chicago, he worked as a Broker at Kiser Group in Chicago as well as The Zacher Company in Northeast Indiana, where he was awarded a 40 Under 40 in Business distinction as well as a CoStar Power Broker Award in 2020. He attended Indiana University and graduated May 2018 with a degree in Business Management along with a minor in Urban Planning/Community Development. While on campus, he was the president of the IFC Mental Health Committee, held several executive positions within his fraternity, and studied abroad in London at King’s College for a summer. He is looking forward to leading the alumni efforts in the Fort Wayne and surrounding areas.

John H. Holloway, senior leasing and sales associate, brings over 10 valuable years of retail real estate experience. He joined Veritas Realty with a focus on investment evaluation, acquisitions and repositioning of distressed retail assets, while simultaneously creating value for clients through aggressive and creative leasing strategies along with national tenant representation for market entry, regional roll-out, and site selection for market optimization.

John started his commercial real estate career at Sandor Development & Sand Capital as leasing manager where his primary role was leasing shopping centers throughout the company’s Midwest portfolio. He was also involved in acquisitions where he gained valuable experience with regard to the due diligence and entitlement process related to acquiring distressed commercial properties. Prior to Veritas, John was the director of real estate at The Cellular Connection (TCC) (2011 – 2018), the nation’s largest Verizon dealer, where he was actively involved in the real estate process that supported the organic growth of TCC’s store portfolio in the Midwest & Northeast to grow their retail footprint 1,200+ stores nationwide. John was instrumental with critical store relocations, successfully repositioning these assets from small in-line locations into more prominent freestanding and end-cap retail locations, which resulted in significant increases in store sales. As a third-party representative at Veritas, John consults TCC on site-specific analysis, comprehensive real estate committee approval packages, and the drafting and negotiation of critical lease documents, including leases, renewals, assignments, and terminations while continuing his role of negotiating millions of dollars of rent savings and landlord concessions.

A lifelong Indiana resident, John graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a double major in real estate finance and entrepreneurship. He is the co-founder and president of the IU Real Estate Alumni Network, whose mission is to mentor current real estate students attending IU and IU Indianapolis. Furthermore, the IU Real Estate Alumni Network provides focused networking opportunities for alumni and students with the goal of supporting and cultivating the strongest real estate alumni network and the preeminent real estate program in the country. Based on his fervent dedication, strong leadership, and utmost commitment to the IU Real Estate Alumni Network, John was awarded the inaugural Outstanding Alumni Award in 2013 at the annual IU Real Estate Alumni Dinner.

Bryce Wetzel is a brokerage associate with Colliers International specializing in Multifamily Advisory throughout Indiana. Bryce joins a team led by Will Matthews and Tyler Hague who have executed over $2.7 billion worth of multifamily investment sales transactions since Dec 2021 throughout the Midwest and Southeast.

Bryce brings a natural passion for the commercial real estate arena, particularly in the multifamily, mixed-used sectors. A recent graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, he was highly engaged in its Real Estate program, earning various competition awards and applicable scholarships.

Bryce brings impressive and diverse relevant experience via his past internships – all within the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Colliers, he has completed roles with: TWG Development, The Garrett Companies, and Link Logistics Real Estate.

Away from work, Bryce enjoys hiking national parks, cooking, weightlifting, and is a big IU basketball fan.

Prior to joining Melkonian Capital, Alex spent four years at GIC, responsible for all facets of both debt and equity deals across all asset types in North America. Prior to GIC, Alex started his career in the Real Estate Banking group at JPMorgan, primarily focused on originating loans across the capital stack.

Ashley (Grebow) Jeshiva joined Regal Ventures in 2023. As Director of Asset Management, she leads the firm’s Asset Management platform, which includes strategic execution of asset business plans, leasing initiatives, and oversight of property management and other operational partners. She is also responsible for preparation of investor reporting for the portfolio.

Prior to joining Regal, Mrs. Jeshiva was an Asset Management Associate for DLC Management Corp where she managed a $750M joint venture portfolio of open-air shopping centers. Prior to this, Mrs. Jeshiva worked at a boutique brokerage focusing on Investment Sales and Leasing across all asset classes.

From 2017 to 2019, Mrs. Jeshiva held committee leadership positions within Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). She was recognized by Real Estate Weekly as one of ‘2018’s Rising Stars of Real Estate’. In addition to the Indiana University Real Estate Alumni Network, she is currently a member of the UJA Real Estate Executives (REX) Committee.

Mr. Clutter is a senior managing director and co-head of the HFF’s Carolinas offices. Through his leadership role within the firm, he is primarily responsible for investment advisory transactions throughout the Carolinas region.

Through Mr. Clutter’s producer role, he co-leads the office investment advisory practice throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Mr. Clutter has completed more than $8 billion in commercial real estate transactions during the course of his career. Mr. Clutter joined the firm in July 2014. Prior to HFF, he was an executive vice president with CBRE in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office from 2012 to 2014 and the Charlotte office for 14 years prior to that time from 1998 to 2012.

During his time with CBRE, Mr. Clutter was recognized by the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR) as the No. 1 overall market producer for seven consecutive years from 2005 to 2011. While in Washington D.C., he was a Top 15 producer for the firm both years he was in the market and was a Top 200 producer in CBRE’s Americas region six of nine years between 2005 and 2013. While at HFF, Mr. Clutter earned this designation again in both 2016 and 2017.

Ravi Narsinghani is the director of finance and development at Seva Hospitality, a family office focused on hotel development and management in Ohio and Kentucky. In his role, Mr. Narsinghani leads market research to identify key growth markets, finance structuring, project underwriting, and construction management for hotel development projects. Additionally, Mr. Narsinghani works in conjunction with the property management team to lead revenue management initiatives and special renovation projects. Mr. Narsinghani has specialized in select-service and extended-stay hotels for three years in conjunction with Hilton Hotels & Resorts, InterContinental Hotels Group, Choice Hotels, and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.

Mr. Narsinghani received a BS from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business in both real estate finance and legal studies. While at IU, Ravi was a previous alumni coordinator of the Real Estate Club and a graduate of the Real Estate Workshop. He participated on the winning team of the 2015 Stanley E. Hunt Case Competition.

Adam Blustein is the vice president of leasing for Texas at Global Realty & Management, overseeing the leasing activities of approximately 3 million square feet of primarily grocery-anchored shopping centers, as well as a managing partner at Rhino Realty Partners, which specializes in acquiring existing value-added retail assets. During his career, Adam has been instrumental in executing over 500 leases totaling more than 1.5 million square feet. Prior to his current endeavors, Adam worked at Weingarten Realty Investors specializing in project leasing throughout several states in the central U.S.

Prior to joining Provident, Garrett was an associate on the development team at Holland Partner Group, a vertically integrated commercial real estate investment firm. He was working on multifamily mixed-use projects totaling over $750 Million representing 1,300 units. While at Kelley, Garrett participated in several case competitions, placing in the Stanley E. Hunt Case Competition. He graduated from the Kelley School of Business with a BS in finance and real estate.

A proud Hoosier, Giancarlo graduated in 2014 from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University where he majored in Finance - Real Estate, and Entrepreneurship. Giancarlo was very involved with the IU Real Estate Club, serving as Marketing Director, and was a member of the Commercial Real Estate Workshop, where he participated in numerous real estate case competitions.

Mike Petrosinelli is a Senior Associate at WC Smith, a Washington, D.C.-based commercial real estate developer focused primarily on both Class A and Affordable multifamily ground-up development. The company has developed over 11,000 units in Washington, with over 1,700 units in its development pipeline. Mike joined WC Smith in 2020 and supports several groups within the company, including Acquisition/Dispositions, Finance, Development, Mortgage, and Asset Management. His primary responsibilities include producing financial models, transaction analysis, and zoning/legal analysis, monitoring portfolio wide property level income and expenses, market research, overseeing the company’s solar portfolio, and business development. Mike received a B.S. in Business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, with a major in Real Estate Finance and a minor in Urban Planning. He is currently pursuing a Masters in Real Estate at Georgetown University. Mike is a member of several professional groups in DC, including ULI Washington, DCBIA, DC Real Estate Group, and GREAA.
