Get real-world business experience with an accelerated MBA

The programming includes three years of undergraduate studies, with a transition senior year into a two-year MBA program.

Application requirements
We welcome applicants from all academic backgrounds who are interested in developing their business knowledge and leadership skills. While each application is reviewed holistically, the admissions committee typically looks for the following qualities:
- Academic excellence
- Effective communication skills
- Leadership potential
- Teamwork mindset
After submitting a Phase 1 application, selected applicants will be invited to complete Phase 2 of the application process. If invited, you must submit the following:
- One recommendation form
- Transcripts
- Required essay (maximum 500 words)
- What are your short-term and long-term career goals, and how does this program align with those goals? Describe the professional impact you hope to make, the challenges you aim to address in your field, and how your academic and career plans will support your aspirations.
- Optional essay (maximum 500 words)
- Use this essay to help us get to know you beyond your application. You may share information not addressed elsewhere, such as personal achievements, interests, gaps in your academic record, additional context for your recommendation, or something unique about yourself.
- Admissions interview
- Selected applicants will be invited to interview.
- $75 USD application fee
- Application fee waivers are not available.
- GMAT or GRE (Optional)
- Submitting GMAT or GRE scores is optional. Applicants may choose whether to include test scores with their application. For applicants who do not submit scores, the Admissions Committee will evaluate academic readiness based on prior academic performance. In some cases, the Committee may request a GMAT or GRE score during the admissions review process.

Kent Inglehart’s career in business management
Kent Inglehart, MBA'12 and general manager for Dr. Tavel Optical Group, always had a passion for business. His 3/2 MBA experience at the Kelley School of Business transformed that passion into the foundation for his career success.
Description of the video:
Keith Inglehart: I've always had a passion for doing business. When I did 3/2, I felt like I came out with a raw set of analytical skills. I came out with the fundamentals of business. I've used those basic building-block skills to be able to achieve the success that I've had in business thus far. The idea of integrating an MBA into my undergrad education seemed really appealing to me, and you come out more qualified than if you had just gotten your undergraduate degree. Dr. Tavel Family Eye Care is a 75-year-old Indiana-owned and -operated retailer of eyewear goods and services. My job at Dr. Tavel entails basically everything that you could possibly imagine in a business, so finance, marketing, human resources, running our optical lab, our retail locations. Anything required for us to run our business is something that I'm involved in. Business is a series of personal interactions and decisions driven by a solid analysis, solid human interaction skills, and I think those are things that I learned in 3/2 which will help me be successful regardless of the business environment.
