Annual & Major Gifts

Shareholders Fund

The Kelley Shareholders Fund is one option for giving that provides funding to support our students in achieving excellence. Here are the ways this fund provides opportunities at Kelley:

  • Attracting talented students through scholarships and recruiting events
  • Promoting academic excellence with case competitions and academic coaching
  • Helping diversity thrive at Kelley through diversity programs and recruiting events for underrepresented minorities, women, and veterans
  • Enabling global opportunities and experiences such as study abroad trips
  • Preparing students for recruiting and stewarding our corporate recruiting partnerships

For all who want a better tomorrow.

“Helping somebody else—there’s a good, warm feeling in that,” says Gregg Summerville, BS’69, MBA’72, about providing opportunities for others at Kelley.

Major Gifts

The Major Gifts team builds and nurtures lasting partnerships with Kelley alumni and friends, merging the philanthropic wishes of donors with the funding needs of the school.

Unlike annual gifts, most major gifts create endowments—perhaps to subsidize a scholarship, fellowship, chair, program, or center. These endowments exist in perpetuity, thereby preserving the school’s ability to ably educate the business leaders of tomorrow.

Major gifts create, supplement, and, in many cases, perpetuate the extensive learning opportunities of students enrolled in the Kelley School of Business.
