The faculty and leadership of the Center for Education and Research in Retail began evolving the school’s curriculum in 2015 to prepare students for the multichannel retail view retailers are implementing today. The curriculum evolved to enhance the focus on data and retail analytics while also adding coursework on e-commerce distribution and marketing.
The Kelley School offers students a multicourse retail track that is designed to educate students about the basics of retail and prepare them for internships and careers in the field.
Our research faculty belong to one of the top-ranked marketing departments in the world. Their research using retail data sets is advancing an understanding of how retailers can optimize the customer experience.
