Our selective +Kelley programs are for students who want to complement their education in the arts and sciences, business, and engineering with the in-demand business skills acquired in our master of science degree programs in accounting, finance, information systems, management, and healthcare management. 

Students from any university are welcome to apply to the +Kelley program. Our students are talented, dedicated, and passionate about their careers and take advantage of +Kelley after completing undergraduate degrees from universities such as Indiana University College of Arts and Sciences, the Kelley School of Business, DePauw University, and Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. Application requirements vary by degree plan. Be sure to apply directly to your desired degree. Graduate applications will generally consider your:

• Academic records

  In addition to your GPA from each college or university you’ve attended, we’ll also look at what you studied, your balance of “poet” (communications) to “quant” (quantitative and analytical) courses, and the overall trend of your grades. IU students do not need to submit an IU transcript. 

• Recommendations

  We want to make sure Kelley is your best degree option—your recommenders, people who know you academically and professionally, will help us gain a complete understanding of you and your capabilities. Two names and email address are required.

• Personal statement

  You are more than your test scores and GPA—this is your place to share your story, leadership experience, and career goals—and demonstrate your writing and communication style in 500-700 words. Submit this and your resume in PDF format. 

• GRE/GMAT scores

  As a +Kelley student with a minimum 3.2 (on a 4.0 scale) GPA, you do not have to submit standardized test scores. 

• Application fee

  The application fee is $75.

International Students

If English isn’t your first language, you’ll also need to take the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language). Be sure to check the admissions requirements for your degree plan for the test and scores that are required.
