The Department of Management and Entrepreneurship prepares students to be management consultants with specializations in these areas:
- Strategy: Strategy formulation and implementation, mergers and acquisitions, new product introductions, market growth opportunities, market exit and divestiture, and corporate governance.
- Change Management: Turnaround management, organizational redesign and transformation, and business process reengineering.
- International Business: Business development and due diligence for international expansion, risk management, and business analysis.
- Human Resources: Talent recruitment and selection, employee assessment programs, compensation, health and benefit programs, training programs, human resource issues connected to outsourcing, and internal and external organizational communications.
