1.Strategy

Structure IT strategy that supports appropriate key consideration for IT solutions addressing challenges related to an organization.

SLO 1.1: Formulate IT strategies that enable business strategies within a specific business context.
SLO 1.2: Identify the key considerations for executives when defining and executing an IT strategy.
SLO 1.3: Apply appropriate valuation mechanisms when determining the feasibility of IT solutions to business problems.
SLO 1.4: Identify the challenges related to diversity and inclusion in the design, development, deployment and use of technology solutions.

2.Architecture

Design and articulate key features of technology architecture in contemporary organizations

SLO 2.1: Describe the core components that comprise an IT architecture.
SLO 2.2: Design and develop a technology architecture for connected enterprises.
SLO 2.3: Design cloud-based solutions consistent with business strategies.
SLO 2.4: Describe a product-based view of technology architecture and solutions.

3.Analysis

Assess business challenges and opportunities, develop and articulate solutions.

SLO 3.1: Analyze a business problem and develop feasible recommendations supported by evidence, data, and frameworks.
SLO 3.2: Competently engage a client in communication and problem-solving to design a technology solution.
SLO 3.3: Develop and write clear, concise documents that effectively communicate complex ideas to a business audience.
SLO 3.4: Present IT enabled solutions to business problems or opportunities to a professional audience in both oral and written format.

4.Solutions

Design and develop technology solutions using appropriate methodologies.

SLO 4.1:Describe various methodologies for the design and development of systems that address business requirements.
SLO 4.2:Create technical deliverables that apply to a specific business solution.
SLO 4.3: Apply effective project management techniques in a given IT context.
SLO 4.4: Demonstrate best practices for teams working on a technology solution.

5.Integration

Understand the role of technology as a mechanism to integrate organizational functions and data.

SLO 5.1: Model business processes and identify opportunities for technology enablement.
SLO 5.2: Describe how an enterprise system enables business process integration.
SLO 5.3:Execute core business processes in an enterprise system.
SLO 5.4:Identify, organize, and analyze data within an enterprise to support decision making in organizations.

6.Risk Management

Demonstrate an understanding of risk management, compliance and ethical issues in the use of information systems in organizations.

SLO 6.1: Recommend a system of IT controls for a given organization.
SLO 6.2: Recognize and articulate an ethical dilemma related to information systems and its associated issues for a specific business context.
SLO 6.3: Analyze options for managing IT risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
