Rebecca joined Kelley in November 2009 as a career coach within Graduate Career Services, moved up to the role of Director, Coaching & Development in 2012 and then joined the MBA Program office in 2016 as Executive Director of the full time MBA program. Rebecca was the Director of the Capital Markets Academy from 2010-2019 and taught two live money classes, the Reese Fund and the Value Fund, during the same time period. In 2019, Rebecca was asked to become the Executive Director of Kelley Undergraduate Career Services and in 2022 became the Executive Director of Kelley Career Services, encompassing both graduate and undergraduate career services. In her corporate experience, Rebecca was most recently a Portfolio Manager and Senior Equity Analyst with Voyageur Asset Management and has over 14 years of investment management experience. She has been very involved with the Kelley Reese Fund Board of Directors and has been an active mentor for many Kelley students both graduate and undergraduate. Rebecca has also held leadership positions with a variety of non-profit organizations, helping manage budgets, establish training programs and mentor volunteers.
