As a passionate educator and transformative leader, I bring over two decades of experience at the intersection of business, leadership, education, and social impact. Currently a Lecturer at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, I specialize in professional development, global business, sports science, and intercultural communication. I empower over 300 students each semester to grow as ethical, globally minded professionals. My teaching philosophy is rooted in inclusivity, nurturing learning, collaboration, and innovation. I design and deliver dynamic, student-centered curricula that fosters critical thinking, cultural competency, and real-world application. I’m proud to have created and led new courses in Globalization of Sport, Entrepreneurship, and Doing Business in Europe, and contributed to student internship professional development initiatives across campus. Beyond the classroom, I serve as a mentor and advisor to student-led organizations focused on venture capital, social impact, DECA, AI Business Society and women’s health, helping students turn ideas into action. My leadership extends globally through my role as Executive Director of Seeds for Dreams/PLAYFWD, a nonprofit I co-founded to support children, families, youth empowerment, and education across the U.S. and Slovakia, impacting over 65,000 individuals annually. As a speaker and workshop leader, I’ve presented at conferences on intercultural communication, AI integration, emotional intelligence, wellness, purpose driven leadership and women’s empowerment. From university panels to international summits, I use my voice to inspire others to lead with empathy, courage, and purpose. With certifications in emotional intelligence, MBTI, intercultural competency, GenAI, and leadership development, I bring a holistic, human-centered approach to everything I do. Whether in academia, nonprofit leadership, or community development, I strive to create spaces where people feel seen, supported, and inspired to lead with purpose.
