Brittany Lambert is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship at the Kelley School of Business. She holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and a BS in Accounting from Miami University of Ohio. Her research aims to elucidate the factors that allow workers to thrive in the face of complex challenges posed by our modern work environments. Her portfolio includes projects related to mental health at work, adapting to and thriving in the gig economy, and gender-diversity. She has presented her research at both national and international conferences, authored book chapters, and been invited to consult with organizations on the practical implications of her research. Recently, Brittany was part of the team awarded the 2020 SIOP Visionary Circle Grant which is funding a large-scale research project on resilience in the gig economy. She is also a passionate teacher and has experience in the classroom with a variety of topics related to Organizational Behavior, particularly leadership. Prior to pursuing her PhD, Brittany was a strategy consultant and manager for the Chief Strategy Officer at Deloitte. She also continues to be engaged (on the side) with her family’s small business.
