Professor Sader joined the Kelley Business Law & Ethics Department in 2020 as a full-time Lecturer. In prior years, Professor Sader provided adjunct services to O’Neill School of Public & Environmental Affairs at IU and IU School of Social Work. He also prior taught at Fort Hays State University and Johnson County Community College.
Professor Sader obtained his Juris Doctor at University of Kansas School of Law and maintains an active law license in Kansas. He additionally maintains an active social work license in Indiana and is a former approved mediator through the Kansas Supreme Court. Professor Sader’s specialties in part include cross-cultural communication, conflict resolution, and intersectional studies. He is particularly passionate about long-term macro level changes in the organizational and policy realms. Professor Sader’s professional experiences range from affordable housing to gender-based violence to foster care. He currently serves on the Monroe County Human Rights Commission.
