Danette (Danny) Cagnet is the Integrated Core (I-Core) Coordinator at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, Indianapolis campus.  She is also a Senior Lecturer of Management with primary teaching responsibilities in the areas of team dynamics, leadership, and people development.  In her more than 20 years of experience in higher education, she has served as Director of the School of Business and Professional Studies, Associate Professor of Business, and Dean of Students at Rochester University.

She is passionate about her work in nonprofit leadership as the board of trustees’ president for Kibo Group International a non-profit focused on holistic, asset-based, and sustainable community development in the Busoga region of Uganda.
