Dr. Angélica Guevara is an Assistant Professor of Business Law and Ethics. She is a proud neurodivergent Latina with a reading and writing disability. She served as a Business Development Specialist for the U.S. Department of Labor in the Office of Disability Employment Policy. Before joining the Kelley School of Business, she was awarded the William H. Hastie Fellowship from the University of Wisconsin Law School. While at Wisconsin Law, she received the Institute for Legal Studies Law and Society Fellowship and simultaneously earned her Master of Laws Degree (LL.M.). She also taught Disability Antidiscrimination Law and Maximizing Human Potential at Wisconsin Law. She received her B.A. from UCLA, her J.D. from UC Berkeley Law, and her Ph.D. from UC Berkeley’s Graduate School of Education. She is a member of the Academy of Legal Studies in Business (ALSB), American Bar Association (ABA), Society of American Law Teachers (SALT), Latina & Latino Critical Legal Theory Community, and Law & Society Association.
