The Entrepreneurial Innovation Academy is an MBA Academy from the specifically designed Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation Program at Indiana University geared towards gaining an understanding of every aspect of entrepreneurship. This course seeks the following objectives: (l) Understand and evaluate the entrepreneurial mindset to explore how entrepreneurs think; (2) Identify new opportunities and how to screen them for potential commercialization; (3) Analyze the purpose and structure of feasibility plans and business plans; (4) Compare the human set of knowledge, skills, talents and strengths for their suitability to influence new venture creation; (5) Create a team analysis of a newly emerging firm seeking funding as well as a corporate innovation project from the perspective of their underlying business models by developing a proper due-diligence on each challenge.
