Academy students spend the first week of classes in an intensive in-residence session learning the art and science of good coaching. Students will have the opportunity to coach, and be coached by other Leadership Academy Students. We will also cover the connection between coaching skills and applicable leadership theories such as transformational and servant leadership. Academy students will have the opportunity to coach 3 to 4 first-year Kelley MBAs throughout the fall semester and routinely meet with Leadership Academy directors for guidance and support. Academy students are also required to participate in Friday Learning Labs as scheduled in the fall (approximately 3-4 per fall).
