The 1Kelley course provides business advising to local women and URM-owned businesses. Undergraduate participants gain critical skills in project management, teamwork, client communication, and problem solving. MBA student leaders gain skills in program development, mentoring, and managing a team. Academic content will focus on program management and consulting frameworks.
