BUS-W 212 Exploring Entrepreneurship

This course provides a survey of the basic concepts of entrepreneurship and the entrepreneurial mindset. Through the course, students will learn the personal origins for motivation for entrepreneurship, pathways and types of entrepreneurship, as well as the skills, knowledge, and abilities of the entrepreneur. In addition to hands-on opportunities to interact with the material throughout the course, the course concludes with an experiential project where students act as investors to evaluate business proposals.
